Will the magnets be strong enough for thick earlobes?
Yes. The neodymium magnets are rated to hold firm through earlobes up to 6mm thick. If you have a thicker lobe, the 8mm size gives even stronger grip.
Can I sleep in them?

How long can I wear them in one go?
