Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

We know plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Within this window we can usually stop your order before it enters processing.

After the Window Closes

Once an order has entered the preparation or fulfillment stage, it may no longer be possible to cancel. In that case, we'll ask you to wait for delivery and then start a return if needed.

Dispatched Orders

Once a tracking number has been assigned, your order has left our facility and can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy to arrange a return.
