At Alva & Grace, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after 60 days may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused;
• In its original condition with all tags, liners, and packaging attached;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Intimates, lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits;
• Pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings);
• Beauty and personal-care items;
• Final sale or clearance items;
• Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@alva-grace.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we'll send you the return address and step-by-step instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving approval — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs charges. A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns to cover inspection and processing. This fee is waived for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at support@alva-grace.com with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 2–4 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Your Statutory Rights (UK & EU)

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. This is in addition to the return rights described above and does not affect your statutory rights.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters processing, we can no longer guarantee cancellation.
